ITEM CONDITION
This Remington Rand Model 1 typewriter is in remarkable condition - especially considering its age! The typewriter is in working condition, all keys function as they should. The original ribbon is included, and still works lightly. The typewriter is very clean on the inside and out. The case has wear, as to be expected from something of this age, but it still strong and secure and holds the typewriter in place with it's strong latches. The typewriter has been very well protected by the cover - there is only one area on the typewriter where the paint is very lightly scratched, see photos (near the word Remington above the roller). The Model 1 is still very legible on the front of the typewriter, as shown. Please use the ZOOM tool to get a close up view of this item and its condition.
