Put this 1950s FB Rogers Tea Set to use, or display it as is!

This set was a wedding gift given in 1960, has never been used, and has been on display in an enclosed glass china cabinet ever since.

Left alone for all these years, each piece has an incredible patina! The tarnished silver has a gold hue in some places, black in others, and even a rainbow pattern on some of the pieces. Very unique!

This set would look great as a centerpiece on a dining room table or center island. Add fresh cut flowers to the pieces and turn them in to vases. A stunning display!

We're selling this set unpolished. Of course, if you prefer, you could easily polish the pieces to bring back the silver luster, and make it look brand-new! We obtained other silver pieces from this cabinet, gave them a light polishing and they look wonderful!

ITEM CONDITION
This silverplate tea set is in very good vintage condition. There are no dings, dents, or scratches to any of the pieces. All pieces are heavily tarnished - 52 years worth of tarnish! But there is no pitting or damage to the silver finish. This set has been stored in a china cabinet since 1960 and has never been used. It was polished once in 1961, but was then left as-is. The tarnish on this set is really spectacular - lots of colors, as shown. The fourth photo shows both sides of each piece. The inside of each piece is very clean, as shown. The sugar bowl and creamer are stamped "F.B. Rogers Silver Co. 1202" and the tea pot is stamped "F.B. Rogers Silver Co. 1200" as shown in the last photo.
