This Anne Adams 4977 pattern set is in very good, usable vintage condition. The envelope is somewhat brittle and has a few creases and tears in it, as shown. The instruction page is in very good condition, the paper has yellowed with age and is somewhat brittle. The pattern sheets are in very good usable condition. There are no missing pieces. The pattern sheets are printed. The pattern is for Women's Size 44. The pattern pieces are folded inside the instruction sheet.
