Vintage Fort Knox Metal Bank in Bright Yellow (c.1960s)
Save all your pocket change in this retro 1960s Fort Knox bank!
There are lots of fun ways to use this combination bank! Set it in your office, and every time one of your co-workers complains, have them deposit a quarter, then at the end of the week, withdraw the money and buy someone a cup of coffee. Put the bank in your laundry room to hold all the loose change that was forgotten in pockets. Put the bank in your entry way for everyone to deposit their pocket change at the end of the day - then when it's full, take your family out for ice cream.
Of course, you could also use the bank in a shop or studio as a quirky storage box. Lots of fun uses!
ITEM CONDITION
This retro metal combination bank is in very good vintage condition. The yellow paint is still bright and vibrant. There are chips and minor scratches in the paint, as shown. The combination lock works with ease - a simple two number combination (14, 28). The bottom of the bank has it's four original rubber feet, as shown. The inside of the bank is clean, and looks like it might have has masking tape put in it at one time - perhaps to muffle the sound of the coins clanking into the bank?
