ITEM CONDITION
This paper cutter is in very good vintage condition. The wood is strong and secure, as is the cast iron handle and metal cutting blade. The blade will need sharpening, but this unit is functional. The original label is still affixed to the bottom of the paper cutter, as shown. The red paper guide bar is still firmly attached. The measuring numbers along the top and left side are still legible. The wood has an aged patina and is worn in some areas more than others, as shown. Please use the ZOOM tool to get a close up view of this item and its condition.
